روبند‌ تخت‌ قالب یکی از ابزارهای نگهدارنده است ابزارهای نگهدارنده جزو قطعات بسیار مهم در صنعت می‌باشد که از تکان خوردن یا حرکت کردن قطعه یا ابزار در حین انجام کار یا ماشین کاری جلوگیری می‌کند. ابزارهای مختلفی تحت عنوان ابزار نگهدارنده در صنعت موجود می‌باشد که هر یک متناسب با قطعه مورد نظر یا صنعت انتخاب می‌شود.

کاربرد روبند تخت قالب:

روبند‌تخت‌قالب یکی از ابزارهای نگهدارنده است و همان طور که از نام آن مشخص می‌باشد کاربرد آن در صنعت قالب سازی بوده و برای ثابت نگه داشتن قالب از آن استفاده می‌شود.

کاربرد اصلی آن در ثابت نگهداشتن قالب پلاستیک در دستگاه تزریق پلاستیک می‌باشد به همین دلیل به نام روبند‌تخت‌قالب تزریق پلاستیک نیز شناخته می‌شود. از دیگر کاربردهای آن، نگه داشتن قالب روی میز کار در هنگام ساخت آن می‌باشد.

برای ساخت روبند تخت قالب معمولا از فلزات مقاوم مثل فولاد استفاده می‌شود تا استحکام و مقاومت آن بیشینه باشد و در برابر فشار و ضربه دچار مشکل و شکستگی نشود. معمولا در اندازه‌های مختلف با شکل‌های مختلف تولید می‌شود که بسته به نوع و اندازه قالب، روبند تخت مناسب انتخاب می‌شود.

به منظور بستن قالب برروی دستگاههای تزریق و بادی ازانواع کلمپ و روبند استفاده می شود. بخش قالب گیر این دستگاه ها دارای دو بخش ثابت و متحرک است که در بخش ثابت به این دلیل که قالب در جای خود باقی بماند و در روند انجام کار تداخلی ایجاد نشود میتوان از روبندتخت های قالب دستگاه تزریق پلاستیک استفاده نمود.
